The Smart locks allow the guests to access their rooms independently without visiting the reception. All they need is a PIN sent to their mobile phone or an access card. Previo takes care of the complete access management for you. We recommend the Smartkey locking system.

Electronic boxes ensure that keys and cards to rooms and other areas are handed over without the presence of staff or the need to change door locks. They are popularly used to provide night reception service. Individual lockers are opened using a PIN that is sent to the guest automatically from the Previo system prior to arrival.
The reception kiosk allows guests to check-in at the reception independently, without the presence of staff. The kiosk runs the intuitive Alfred app, which guides the guest conveniently through check-in. The kiosk can take care of late night check-ins or make it easier for receptionists at peak times.
